Are your products new?

• Yes, all of our products are brand new and never used. They will come in the original retail packaging were applicable. All of our own fragrance oils are sealed.

When will I get my order?

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (business days only). Allow 1-3 days for express and 2-7 days for standard. For more information visit our Shipping page.

Where do you ship?

• We only ship orders within Australia, no international shipping sorry.

Am I able to Click & Collect my order?

• Currently we are online only, pick up is not available sorry.

What if I change my mind?

• Due to the nature of the products we are unable to accept change of mind returns. Not liking a product or it smelling different from what you may have expected is classed as a change of mind return. Please be sure to read the product description prior to purchasing.
