Free standard postage Australia-wide on orders over $100
For orders under $100, shipping prices are calculated based on total weight and postcode. There is a shipping calculator on the shopping cart page, simply enter your postcode once you have added an item to your cart. Shipping prices are generated live from Australia Post, we charge what it costs, we do not make money on shipping prices.
- Orders placed by 12pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm AEST are dispatched the next business day.
- Orders are sent via Australia Post. Tracking will be available for all orders.
- Orders are dispatched from South West Sydney.
- By default, all orders are sent with signature required on delivery. You can change this option during checkout but please be advised we take no responsibility if your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered.
- Express post is available, simply choose this option during checkout if required. Please note Australia Post no longer guarantees overnight delivery, but it will still be quicker than regular post.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and please remember to allow extra time during peak periods. For Australia Post's estimated delivery time frames click here. If you think your order should have already arrived please be sure to check the tracking. If still in doubt, please contact us or Australia Post. We recommend using the official Australia Post app to manage your deliveries.
Please make sure your address is correct!
Australia Post charges us for any orders that are returned to sender. The cost of this is currently $13.50 per parcel. If your order is returned back to us due to insufficient/incorrect address details or unclaimed (not picked up from post office), this cost will be payable before your order is re-sent as well as shipping costs to re-send.
If your order is returned and you wish to cancel it instead of having it re-sent, the $13.50 RTS fee plus our original shipping costs plus any payment fees will be deducted from any refund amount. This will add up to at least $20 so please ensure your address details are correct before submitting your order.
International
We are currently shipping to New Zealand only. We may add more countries in the future.
Orders being shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to extra fees/charges required by your country. Shipping price is for shipping only - any taxes, customs duties, import fees or additional charges are solely the receivers responsibility. Wax&Wicks will not be liable for any of these extra fees/charges under any circumstances. We recommend contacting the customs office in the destination country if you are unsure.
If a consignment is determined to be un-deliverable at the destination country due to refusal to pay any of the above-mentioned fees/charges, failed delivery attempts, unclaimed, insufficient/incorrect address details or otherwise, the consignment will be returned to sender. Any and all costs associated with this, as well as original shipping costs and payment fees, will be deducted from any refund amount.
Free postage offer is not available for international orders. For shipping prices to your country please use the shipping calculator located on the shopping cart page.
